Highlands Ranch Maternity Photographer | Chatfield State Park Sunset Session

This fall was full of expecting Mommas...and I loved it! Maternity sessions have quickly become some of my absolute favorites. It is such a special time in the life of a family as they wait to meet their new baby, plan and decorate the nursery, contemplate names and dream of the future!

Each couple's story and excitement for their baby is unique and yet every single one of them lights up when talking about their baby's arrival and the addition it will bring to their family. Some moms feel great the entirety of the pregnancy and others have to overcome issue after issue, but all of them can't wait to hold their newborn and soak in each and every little detail! Marking this season of waiting and expectation is so special and they are photos to be treasured for years and years to come.

This session exemplified all those things that make up the pregnancy season...a really lovely couple who were already over the moon about their little guy who they were waiting to meet! You could see the love they had for one another and their eyes lit up when talking about the arrival of their son. The state park, sunset and beauty all around only highlighted their excitement!
